SINGLE ATHLETE
MEDIA DAY

MEDIA DAY PHOTOSHOOT ONLY. $325 price includes a 30 minute media day photoshoot, a curated gallery of 25 images, and a coupon code to download eight images, Additional digital downloads will be available for $20 each.

SINGLE ATHLETE
ACTION SESSION DAY

ACTION PHOTOSHOOT ONLY. $450 price includes action photography at one locally-scheduled game, a curated gallery of 50 images, and a coupon code to download 14 images, Additional digital downloads will be available for $20 each.

PLAYER PACKAGE

$45 per player (12 players/$540 minimum, all players participate). Included in this package is a 90 minute media day photoshoot and action photography at one scheduled game. Following both events, a curated, edited gallery link will be provided. Each player gets a coupon code to download two digital images from a gallery of 70 media day, team portraits and game day images. Additional digital downloads will be available for $20 each. Please see considerations below before booking.

TEAM PACKAGE

$80 per player (12 players/$960 minimum, all players participate). Included in this package is a 90 minute media day photoshoot and action photography at one scheduled game. Following both events, a curated, edited gallery link will be provided. Each player receives a full gallery download link which includes 100 images (media day images of that specific player, team photo, and action photos from the entire game, all athletes included). Please see considerations below before booking.

CONSIDERATIONS...

MEDIA DAY PHOTOSHOOT: Will be scheduled on a day that your team can secure a field or we can coordinate a location off of the ball field.

GAME PHOTOSHOOT: Will be scheduled within 30 miles of the Topeka city center. Games outside of this radius will have an additional travel charge. The scheduled game day/time will be non-transferable despite weather, injuries, inability of all players to attend, etc. If the game is on, so are we!

GAME GALLERIES: The name of our game is action photography, so we shoot where the action is. Though we wish we could, we can't control where the plays are being made.

Though we will make our best effort to include all players and all big plays, please note that there are many variables that play into what photos will make it into the final gallery including but not limited to:

Lighting
Focus and stopped action
Playing time
High action vs. low action games/positions
Injuries or sickness
Weather
Distance from photographer
Etc.

We do not guarantee that every player will have a featured high action shot in the gallery, though we do our best to make this happen. Please make parents aware of this prior to booking this package. We shoot the day as it happens and look for the best opportunities to tell the story of that game, that day in the conditions we are provided.
